This trail blew our minds the second time around. It will make you rethink your perceptions about riding possibilities here. Quite simply, you'll never know how epic this trail is until you get off your butt and go and ride it yourself.

About a month after our first trip there, the FFTA got another crew together and hit Stone Deer once again. The second time around the trail was even more epic. Full throttling it almost all the way, it took 7 hours of intense-sublime riding and climbing to get off the trail. 7 hours of single-track high in the mountains waiting for anyone who wants to ride it.

It began with a van dropping us off in the early morning hours in glorious fall weather, and ended in the late afternoon on the side of a river with the boys soaking in hot springs drinking Taiwan's finest beverage and laughing at the memories just made.
